In building Tee Tukku, we have tried our best to make the product information as available and easily understood as possible, as well as making the purchasing of products as safe as possible.
You can search for products either by scrolling through the pages or using the search engine. You can add your desired product to the shopping cart by using the "Add to Cart" button.
1.1 Registering as a customer
The benefits of registering as a customer are:
· You can see your own purchase history.
· You can administrate many adresses, and choose the desired one at check out whithout having to write it again.
You can also register at check out, while you place your order.
We do not send advertisements to our registered customers without asking for permission.
2.0 Returns and canceling orders
2.1 Are you dissatisfied with the product?
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you have a right to return it within 14 days of recieving the product. Please not that the product has to be unused and equivelent of a new one.
2.2 Did you recieve the wrong product?
Please report the problem to our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to fix the mistake asap. If this is not an option, we will either refund your money or allow you to chose another product of the same price. Please return the wrong product to us.
2.3 Was the product damaged?
We are terribly sorry for this. We always do our best to pack the products as well as possible so that the products will arrive unharmed. But unfortunately there is a risk that shipping can damage the product, this however seldomly happens. Please contact our customer service promptly and we will agree on a the delivery of a new product and the return of the damaged one.
2.4 Canceling the order
If we have not delivered the product to you, you can cancel the order by contacting the customer service. We will also need your bank details so that we can refund the money to you.
If you have already recieved the product you have 14 days to return the product to us as long as it is unused. We will pay for the return.
2.5 Returning the product
So that the returning of a product would be as smooth as possible, we have made an arrangement with the postal service of Finland (itella).
Package the product as well as possible, and bring it to the nearest postal office. Remember to include a receipt of the purchase. Fill in the "asiakaspalautus 14-osoitekortti".
Please contact our customer service to agree on the return of the money. Please note that the product has to be unused. If the product is used, or if it is not in the shape so that it can be sold, we cannot return the money.
3.0 Delivery of the product
We send the products that we are available the same or the following work day. If the product is not available, we will contact the customer and inform of a possible date of delivery. We will also inform when the products are sent.
We deliver the products using the services of Itella.
3.1 Envelope delivery
Our envelopes can fit up to 150g of tea. If your order is above this, we will send multiple envelopes to you. The tea will be delivered to your mailbox. Price: 2€/envelope
3.2 Time of delivery
If the products are available, we will send the product the same or the next day. The delivery will take 1-3 days. (within Finland). To Sweden it will usually take one more day to delivery, and to the rest of Europe, it will take a total of 3-8 days.
4.0 Methods of payment
Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Payments can be made also beforehand by bank credit transfer.
4.1 Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Teetukku will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

4.3 Online Banks
Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (2122839-7) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.
4.4 Safety
Paying through online banks or visa is safe on our website. The payment is always protected using SSL-encryption, and the transfer is always between the payer and the bank. We will not see any bank details, we will only be notified when the payment has been transfered.
