White tea is made of the tea-bushes branches and the tips of the tealeaves. The name comes from the white hair that covers the leaves. White tea should not be allowed exposed to too much oxygen.

The drink is smooth and green yellow. The taste is light and very fine. In China this drink is often consumed in warm weather, because it has a chilling effect and it gives lots of energy.

White tea has the same health benefits as green tea, but stronger because white tea is not handled as much as green tea. According to Chinese medicine principals white tea is very healthy. White tea contains lots of anti-oxidants.

White tea is made in the Fujian providence in China.
